Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired Oakland Lubrication Company, Inc. (Oakland) based in Nixa, MO. The acquisition solidifies HP’s presence in Southern, MO and neighboring states. and is a continuation of HP’s strategy of establishing a network of operational hubs across the Midwest that allow us to better service both existing and new customers..
Jim and Rosemary McDonald, Bill Siglin, and the entire Oakland team will remain with the Heritage team to ensure a smooth transition for the existing customers and to continue to grow market share through their long-standing business relationships in the area. Additionally, current customers of (Oakland) will now have access to the buying power of HP, Trading Division and Supply, Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling, and the sophisticated fuel and price management services offered by HP.
