Acquisition: Hayes Oil Company

Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired substantially all the business assets of Hayes Oil Company (HOC) which is based in Henderson, KY. The acquisition solidifies HP’s presence in Western KY and is a continuation of HP’s strategy of establishing a network of operational hubs to allow HP to better service customers in a 300 mile radius of Evansville.

One tank wagon driver and Don Hayes will both remain with the Heritage team to ensure a smooth transition for the existing customers and to continue to grow market share through their long-standing business relationships in the area. Additionally, current customers of HOC will now have access to the buying power of HP, Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling, and the sophisticated fuel and price management services offered by HP.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
