Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired Interstate Petro, Inc. (IPI) which is based in South Roxana, IL. The acquisition solidifies HP’s presence in the Greater St. Louis Market and Southern, IL and is a continuation of HP’s strategy of establishing a network of operational hubs to allow HP to better service customers while extending our reach to service new customers in even more market and ac.

Jeff, Steve, Kathleen and their entire team will remain with the HP team to ensure a smooth transition for the existing customers and to continue to grow market share through their long-standing business relationships in a 120 mile radius area. Additionally, current customers of (Interstate Petroleum) will now have access to the buying power of HP, Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling, and the sophisticated fuel and price management services offered by HP. HP markets fuel in 20 + States and lubricants in 7 states.
