Acquisition: Jones Gas & Oil

Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired substantially all the business assets of Jones Gas & Oil (JGO) which is based in Omaha, Illinois. The acquisition will solidify its presence and establish a location for Heritage Petroleum in Southern Illinois, will service customers in a broad area of Southern Illinois, and will add additional volume of approximately 10 million gallons annually.
