Acquisition: Schweigert Brothers Oil

Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired substantially all the business assets of Schweigert Brothers Oil (SBO) which is based in Ste Genevieve, Missouri. The acquisition will establish a presence for Heritage Petroleum in southeastern Missouri, will service customers from St. Louis to Cape Girardeau to areas of southern Illinois, and will add additional volume of more than 10 million gallons annually.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
