Acquisition: Wolco Oil Company.

Heritage Petroleum, LLC (HP) today announced it has acquired Wolco Oil Company. (Wolco) which is based in St. Louis, MO. The acquisition solidifies HP’s presence in the Greater St. Louis Market and is a continuation of HP’s strategy of establishing a network of operational hubs to allow HP to better service customers in a 300 mile radius of Evansville.

Dick Dona and his team will now be part of the Heritage team. They will be focused on a smooth transition for the existing customers and to continue to grow market share through their long-standing business relationships in the area. Additionally, current customers of (Wolco) will now have access to the buying power of HP, Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling, and the sophisticated fuel and price management services offered by HP. Phillips 66 Lubricants is supporting Heritage’s efforts to grow and sustain the customer base.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
